TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

Konkan Xtreme Anglers (“KXA”), Registration No. E-0001059 (RTN), organizes recreational and competitive angling events.

2. Tournament Registration

Registration is subject to availability, eligibility requirements and the specific rules published for each tournament. Submission of a registration form does not override tournament capacity, safety requirements or organizer decisions made under the published rules.

3. Fees & Payment

Applicable registration fees will be shown before payment. Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another approved payment service provider. KXA does not intend to store card, UPI PIN or other payment credentials.

4. Participant Information

Participants must provide accurate contact, emergency, apparel, food preference and other information requested for tournament operations.

5. Tournament Rules & Scoring

Participants agree to follow the event-specific fishing, catch-registration, evidence, scoring, safety, conduct and disqualification rules. Technology may be used to support catch registration, scoring and reporting. Final competition decisions remain subject to the tournament rules and authorized officials.

6. Safety & Conditions

Outdoor fishing events may be affected by sea state, weather, local authority instructions and other safety considerations. KXA may change schedules, pause sessions, relocate activities or cancel/postpone an event where reasonably required for safety or compliance.

7. Media

Event photography and video may be captured for tournament documentation, reporting and KXA communication. Any broader consent language should be finalized in the registration form.
